Terms and Condition
All payment must be cleared before we ship out the fish to you. The courier company will ship directly to your doorsteps. Please provide a valid mailing address and be sure that there will be someone there to receive the fish.
We guarantee delivery of live healthy fish, but cannot control what you do with them after that. We cannot promise you the exact timing the courier company will send to you, but we will let you have the parcel number so you can trace and track the parcel from time to time.
We do not guarantee that they will remain healthy under your care. If your fish do not arrive alive and healthy they will be replaced at no cost to you, other than the postage. Therefore, while we assume the majority of the risk for losses, you share a fraction of the risk by being responsible for the shipping cost.
It is important that the fish be opened once they arrive, Live Guarantee is void if we do not hear from you 12 hours after delivery time. We can deliver to your house, office or neighbor, as long as there will be someone to sign and receive the fish.

Checking for problems
Please check the condition of the fish immediately upon arrival. In the event that your fish arrive dead due to no fault of ours, we will either replace them (All you pay is shipping) or give your money back(we decide which one). Please take digital photo format and email to fantasyguppy@gmail.com within 12 hours . Pictures taken must be unopen, sealed bag with dead fish inside.
